If you have a second home, access to great tickets, are a chef, an artist, a jeweler, etc, please consider donating to the auction. It is the PTA's second largest fundraiser and we can't do it without amazing items and supportive parents. If you have items to donate, please fill out this form. HOST A PARTY
In years past, MES parents have (either on their own or with fellow parents) hosted pool parties, elegant wine dinners, backyard barbecues and more. Since multiple families can sign up, these events have raised thousands of dollars for our school and are a ton of fun. If you're interested in hosting a Parent-Sponsored Party, please email Gina Rude at gina.d.rude@accenture.com.
VOLUNTEER
The Bust a Move Bash committee will be in need of volunteers prior to and during the event. If you are able to help with any of the duties listed below, please email Emily Fink at emily.fink@gmail.com:
- Solicit donations from local businesses
- Pick up donations around town during weeks prior to event
- Help with set up on day of event
- Assist with check-in and check-out at the event
- Sell raffle tickets, drink tickets, etc., during the event
